In these testing times, naturally the wellbeing of our teams, their families as well as the people from the industry we would normally meet in the course of our work comes first.
As a result, we have mobilised our remote working plan until further notice. This is not something new because we are a 100% online, cloud-based consulting organisation. Our teams are already used to working remotely and will continue to deliver strategic advice from their new, safe locations.
Our teams have the resources and tools they need to continue to work productively, to ensure we continue to serve our clients and maintain business as usual. We will monitor our work and if we need new digital tools to provide our services then we will invest appropriately.
Many in the industry both agency and client-side are making the same changes and we have also adopted a policy of social distancing, with all scheduled travel and attendance at industry events cancelled. We also recommend staff do not have in-person meetings.
It’s a fast-moving picture, and the situation is different in every market, but we hope that all our friends, clients and colleagues across the industry are doing everything they can to stay safe.
